If PawSpa doesn't work out for you or your dog, contact us within 30 days of delivery and we'll make it right — a replacement or a full refund, whichever you prefer. No return shipping required, and you don't need to send the product back.

Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. This promise covers damaged, defective, or lost items too.
